[Video] Samsung’s latest Galaxy Note 3 ad features Canadian artist Robin Thicke

Samsung continues to team up with singers and musicians to promote the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear, and the latest ad features American-Canadian musician and actor Robin Thicke. However, the ad seems made more to promote a single feature on the phablet – it shows someone taking a picture of Thicke using the Note 3’s S View case without having to open or remove the cover, followed by a bit of scribbling by Thicke with the S Pen using the Action Memo function, once again without the need open the case’s flap.

Meanwhile, the Gear isn’t even actively used anywhere and is instead just relegated to being there on everyone’s hand in the video, though it does the smartwatch’s companion status some justice (you know, it’s a Galaxy Note 3 companion, so it just has to be there in every Note 3 ad in some form or fashion).
