It has merely been a couple of weeks since the Galaxy View went on sale, customers in the United States can purchase it from Amazon as well as AT&T, and yet there's already a substantial discount being offered for this movable display. Amazon is selling the Galaxy View $100 less than its retail price so if you have been meaning to pick up this movable display now would really be a great time to do so.

It was first reported earlier this year that Samsung has an 18.4-inch tablet in the pipeline which was later revealed as the Galaxy View movable display. It's meant purely for content consumption even though it runs Android and works like a normal tablet. The Galaxy View has a 1.86GHz Exynos 7580 octa-core processor with 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage with microSD card support, 18.4-inch full HD display while promising up to 8 hours of video playback. The Galaxy View retails for $599.99 but Amazon is selling it for $499.99, the device is being sold by and shipped from Amazon and not some third-party seller, so you can purchase with peace of mind. Amazon is also going to provide free shipping on every order of this device.
