The SM-G906S has appeared in benchmarks with a QHD (2560×1440) screen before, and if it is indeed the Galaxy S5 Prime (a tentative name), then the June release date could actually turn out to be true. Other specs of the device listed in one benchmark included a Snapdragon 805 CPU clocked at 2.5GHz, 3GB of RAM, a 5.2-inch display, 32GB of storage and a 16-megapixel camera, all of which sound just right for a higher-end Galaxy S5, though with the extent of rumors surrounding the device, we'll have to wait for more information before it is confirmed whether the SM-G906S actually is that device we had all hoped the Galaxy S5 would be from the start.
