Samsung's customer base in Saudi Arabia is growing. According to a report from market research firm Canalys cited by BusinessWire, the Korean company sold over 15 million Galaxy phones in Saudi Arabia from 2019 to 2021. Now, together with Servify, Samsung wants to offer a superior ownership experience to its customers.
The Samsung Care+ program covers mechanical breakdowns and accidental damage with a low service fee. Furthermore, the program covers failures due to normal wear and tear after the manufacturer's warranty expires. The service guarantees a worry-free claims process and includes a free pick up and drop service. In addition, safety is Samsung's top priority, and the company ensures a sanitary environment for both its technicians and the customer's Galaxy hardware.
Previously, Samsung's partnership with Servify has brought Samsung Care+ to a handful of other regions, including the USA and Canada, Eastern Europe, UAE, and other GCC countries. The platform also came to India in 2020 through a similar collaboration between the Korean tech giant and Servify.
