Samsung is helping consumers in resolving their device-related issues without a need for them to step out of their homes. Another contact-less support channel from the company includes Remote Support where service executives diagnose smartphones and TVs via the internet and offer instant resolutions. There's a live chat service, technical assistance through call centers, and various video tips on Samsung's website and YouTube channel. The Samsung Members app can be used for live chat, tracking service requests, remote support and diagnostics, and tracking repair progress.
