More details of what could be Samsung's most affordable 5G phone in 2024 have made their way online, courtesy of our friends over GalaxyClub. Those details include confirmation that the Galaxy A15 will be launching in Europe in both LTE and 5G flavors, which is likely to also be the case in the rest of the world.
The Galaxy A15's renders also leaked some time ago, revealing a new design theme that will be seen across both budget and flagship phones from Samsung next year: a flat frame. But not much else is expected to change. For example, the Galaxy A15 is said to feature a 5,000 mAh battery, which has become extremely standard on Samsung's budget and mid-range phones over the past few years.

Some of the other specs will include a 6.4-inch 90Hz LCD display, a MediaTek Helio G99 processor (also used in this year's Galaxy Tab A9) with a maximum clock speed of 2.2GHz, and 4GB of RAM. The camera specs are unknown, but it's possible Samsung will stick to the same 50MP primary camera and 13MP front camera, along with the same low-res macro and wide-angle cameras.
The A15 will be among the first Galaxy phones to come with Android 14 out of the box. We will have to wait and see if it will run One UI 6.0 or One UI 6.1. One UI 6.0 is more likely if the A15 launches close to the Galaxy S24, but it's hard to say for sure at this time.
