    One UI 4.1 update rolling out to Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S20, Galaxy Z Fold 2 in Korea

    Samsung has released the One UI 4.1 update to the Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy Note 20 series, and the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in its home country. The new software update also brings the March 2022 security patch that fixes more than 50 privacy and security vulnerabilities.

    The latest software update for the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and the Galaxy S20 Ultra comes with firmware version G98xNKSU1GVC3. For the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, the new software version is N98xNKSU1FVC5. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is getting the One UI 4.1 update with firmware version F916NKSU1FVC5.

    If you are a Galaxy S20, Galaxy Note 20, or Galaxy Z Fold 2 user in South Korea, you can check for the new update by heading over to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware files mentioned in the article through our firmware database and flash them manually.

    One UI 4.1 features

    The One UI 4.1 update brings exciting new features like Google Duo Live Sharing, Smart Widgets, improved Color Palette, Shadow Eraser and Reflection Eraser in the built-in Gallery app, enhanced night portraits, more configurable Smart Switch, ability to share Wi-Fi credentials with Quick Share, and Smart Suggestions across the UI.

    Samsung has also added Grammarly suggestions to its stock keyboard app. The ability to adjust the sound balance, change watch faces on Galaxy Watch 4 automatically through Bixby Routines, and customize Virtual RAM have been implemented. Samsung has also offered an option to turn off GOS (Game Optimization Service).

    Samsung Health gets better fitness tracking and tips to reach health goals. With SmartThings Find, you can get reminders to pick up things that you left behind and the ability to share items with others so that you can find them together. The Smart Widget feature isn't available on the Galaxy Z series yet.
