Galaxy A52, Galaxy A72 have a dedicated camera mode for Snapchat filters

The Galaxy A52 and the Galaxy A72 are finally official. These are great smartphones for most people since they come with a lot of important hardware upgrades, including high-refresh-rate displays, a quad-camera setup with OIS, dust and water resistance, and stereo speakers. Apart from all the hardware upgrades, Samsung has also included a lot of software features that make the devices fun to use.

Samsung’s latest mid-range smartphones are great choices for Snapchat lovers as well. The South Korean firm has worked directly with Snapchat to brings various Snapchat Lenses to the Galaxy A52 and the Galaxy A72 via the Fun mode inside the stock camera app. The Fun mode features a total of 16 camera effects out of which seven are basic lenses, while nine popular lenses are from Snapchat that are updated regularly.

One advantage of using the camera app for Snapchat filters is that you don’t have to constantly switch between different apps to capture fun images. Another advantage is that the stock camera app offers you higher resolution images, something that isn’t possible with Snapchat’s own Android app. The stock camera mode also offers more aspect ratio and timer settings. Of course, the Fun mode also lets you capture videos with Snapchat effects.
