We didn't think we'd say this immediately after CES 2022 ended, but it's been a busy week for us Samsung fans. The Korean tech giant finally took the wraps off the Exynos 2200 chipset — albeit not entirely — so, of course, the SoC will be one of the main topics for our latest SamMobile weekly live show that's about to go live very soon at 3 PM GMT / 5 PM CEST / 9 AM CT.

The Exynos 2200 chipset is a hot topic for several reasons. First of all, it's the first mobile chipset to boast AMD graphics, and every Samsung fan is eager to learn if this new solution can hold its own against the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

We'll find out soon enough, as the company is expected to unveil the Exynos 2200-powered Galaxy S22 series next month. The company released the first Unpacked teaser video earlier today, hinting at the Galaxy S and Note lineups colliding.

And finally, if you're not that interested in discussing internal hardware, well, we have another topic prepared for you this week. The Freestyle — which is Samsung's first portable projector-smart speaker hybrid — appears to be enjoying great success so far. Consumer interest is off the charts, and Samsung revealed that more than 230,000 people have pre-registered for The Freestyle in Europe alone. Are you a fan?
