Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 gets One UI 6.1.1 update in Korea

Earlier today, Samsung released the One UI 6.1.1 update to the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Z Fold 4. Now, the company has started rolling out the One UI 6.1.1 update to the Galaxy Tab S8 series.

Galaxy Tab S8 series gets One UI 6.1.1 update in South Korea

The One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is now available in South Korea. It is a major update with a download size of over 2.8GB, and it comes with firmware version X700XXU8CXHB, X800XXU8CXHB, and X900XXU8CXHB for the Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8+, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, respectively.

This update brings several new Galaxy AI features to the Galaxy Tab S8 series. Those Galaxy AI features debuted with the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 a couple of months ago. The high-end tablets also get new improvements to One UI and Samsung's stock apps.

If you have a Galaxy Tab S8 series tablet and live in South Korea, you can download the One UI 6.1.1 update by navigating to Settings » Software update » Download and install on your device. Galaxy Tab S8 series devices in other countries could get the update in the next few days.
