Blackmagic Design has announced that it has released version 2.0.0.159 of the Blackmagic Camera app for Android. The latest version of the camera app brings support for Samsung’s latest non-foldable flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, as well as its flagship tablet from last year, the Galaxy Tab S9.
The brand has made the latest version of Blackmagic Camera available to download on the Google Play Store. Apart from support for Samsung’s devices, version 2.0.0.159 of the app offers seven improvements. Check out the complete official changelog below.

- Support for 120 and 240 fps on supported Sony Xperia devices.

It is worth pointing out that, Samsung’s Camera app for Galaxy smartphones and tablets already offers a lot of customizations. The Pro and the Pro Video modes, especially, let you control many parameters of the camera. You can also get the Expert RAW for more professional photography. On the Galaxy S25 series, you can even record videos in the LOG format.
