In the meantime, they will start showing up in stores so that customers can get their hands on the device. Sales representatives usually get trained on the new device before that happens. One such individual who works from Verizon has had the opportunity to play with the Galaxy S22 Ultra and they have some details to share.
Sales representatives get briefed on new devices close to the launch date. This is done to ensure that they can properly educate customers on the new devices. So it's not surprising to see a Verizon sales representative revealing some details about the Galaxy S22 Ultra on Reddit.
Many of the details they provide only serve as a reconfirmation of what has already been leaked online. Some of you may remember that last week, the official marketing presentation for the Galaxy S22 series was leaked online.
The sales rep does point out that the base model of the Galaxy S22 Ultra will only have 8GB RAM. The 12GB RAM option is going to limited to the 256GB and 512GB variants. They mentioned that the device doesn't feel all that different from the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in the hand, with the smooth back glass adding to the device's premium feel. The S Pen is also said to be of the same size as the last Note device.
The Reddit thread is still open and the rep is answering questions. So if you have any you'd like to ask, head on over and give it a shot!
