    Last updated: September 11th, 2023 at 13:53 UTC+02:00

Update: Samsung has released the 2nd One UI 6.0 beta firmware for the Galaxy S23 series in the USA, South Korea, and Germany. And with this release, the company also expanded the beta program's availability to include India, Poland, and the UK. The release for China appears to have been delayed, but otherwise, the list of regions eligible for the beta program is now complete.

If you want to test One UI 6.0 beta on your Galaxy S23, S23+, or S23 Ultra in USA, South Korea, Germany, India, Poland, or the UK, you can sign up for beta testing through the Samsung Members app. Here's everything you need to know.

Update 2: The Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A54 have also gained access to the One UI 6.0 beta firmware in South Korea and the UK. More countries could join sooner rather than later.

    Original story follows

Galaxy S23 owners are able to sign up to try out the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 beta update. After a couple of delays or hiccups, Samsung was finally able to launch the first One UI 6.0 beta program, and despite the setbacks, it rolled out the update earlier than usual.

Like beta programs for previous major Android and One UI updates, the one for One UI 6.0 went live in multiple markets. But that's not all, and by the time the beta program closes, Samsung is expected to have released the test firmware in a few more regions.

Will you be able to join the beta program in your country, or will you have to wait for the finished version of the update?

    Story continues after the video

One UI 6.0 beta program could be limited to seven countries

Similar to previous releases, One UI 6.0 beta went live in the United States, South Korea, and Germany. And Samsung has confirmed that the beta will also come to China, India, Poland and the United Kingdom.

Galaxy S23 owners residing in the countries that should be covered by the second One UI 6.0 beta wave will likely have to wait a few more days or weeks before they can get in on the action.

As for which Galaxy devices will get the beta beside the Galaxy S23, we expect Samsung to bring it to almost all flagship phones that are eligible for the Android 14 and One UI 6.0 update. Some mid-range Galaxy phones could also get the beta, though in this case you can expect the list to be considerably shorter.
