Samsung has announced that it will launch the Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium version in South Korea on September 18. It is the first smartwatch from the company to feature a durable yet lightweight build. Its case is made of titanium, while its strap is made using metal. It is going on sale in other countries on Friday.

The 45mm Bluetooth-only variant of the Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium costs KRW 770,000 (around $652) in South Korea. Apart from Samsung Digital Plaza and Samsung's online store, the smartwatch can also be purchased from 11Street, Coupang, and Gmarket. The regular version of the Galaxy Watch 3 recently went on sale in the country, and it has been an instant hit.

The Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium comes pre-loaded with the Smart Caddie app for golf lovers. The app is developed by Golfzon Deka, and it features data and maps of over 40,000 golf courses worldwide. It has a satellite view of the maps, distances, detailed guide, shot tracking, scorecard tracking, and other data.

Samsung will also sell the Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium PXG Edition, a special package with a PXG logo, a Galaxy Watch 3 Titanium, and two PXG (Parsons Xtreme Golf) golf supplies. It also consists of two PXG-branded straps, a charger, and a PXG watch face. Priced at KRW 990,000 (around $839), it can be purchased via PXG's online store and Golping. Samsung will sell only 1,000 units of this limited-edition smartwatch.
