Samsung is now rolling out firmware version R820XXU1CTJ5 for the Galaxy Watch Active 2. Weighing in at just over 60MB, the update enables the device to provide voice guidance during exercises through a paired headset.

The watch will chime in with helpful tips from time to time. Similarly, voice guidance has also been added for the accumulated distance and heart rate when recording running or biking exercise automatically.

A minor user interface change has been made as well. The second hand will no longer be displayed on the watch face when the Always on Display is set. Some general housekeeping has been done as well to improve the stability and performance of the software.
