Galaxy Tab Active Pro Enterprise Edition with LTE goes live in the UK

The Galaxy Tab Active Pro is launching in the UK as an Enterprise Edition device optimized for businesses. The slate is now available for purchase for an undisclosed price unless you fill out a form in the name of your company, however, the consumer variant with LTE capabilities was officially introduced in Germany for €679 a few months ago; therefore, the Enterprise Edition likely carries an equivalent price tag in the UK.

What makes the Galaxy Tab Active Pro a perfect Enterprise tablet?

There are a handful of features that make the Galaxy Tab Active Pro a great choice for business customers. For starters, it's a rugged device boasting a MIL-STD 810G build with IP68 dust and water resistance.

Additionally, the tablet is compatible with Samsung DeX, so it can offer a PC-like experience with or without a PC nearby. Likewise, Samsung's Knox security platform ensures easy management and deployment of security patches across a company, while the inclusion of an S Pen opens up a lot of possibilities for improved productivity.

As for the usual specs, the Galaxy Tab Active Pro Enterprise Edition should sport the same internals as the consumer variant, except it seems to be available only in LTE flavor. Otherwise, the spec sheet should include the same 10.1-inch display with a pixel count of 1920 by 1200, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of on-board memory expandable by up to 512GB via microSD.

Business customers who are interested in the Galaxy Tab Active Pro Enterprise Edition can visit Samsung UK and fill out a form to request a callback.
