Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (2021) coming to India soon

A few days ago, Samsung revealed its latest mid-range tablet, the Galaxy Tab A8 (2021). The device was launched in Europe, but the company had not announced its plans for other markets. Now, it looks like Samsung will launch the tablet in India soon.

The dedicated webpage for the Galaxy Tab A8 has been listed on Amazon India's website. Samsung has not revealed the launch date or the pricing of the tablet yet, but we expect the tablet to be launched within a couple of weeks. Moreover, the company has revealed that it will launch both 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM variants of the Galaxy Tab A8 in India.

Galaxy Tab A8 (2021) specs

The Galaxy Tab A8 features a 10.5-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution (1,920 x 1,080 pixels). It runs Android 11-based One UI 3.1 and uses the Unisoc Tiger T618 processor, 3GB/4GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB storage. The device also features a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The tablet has a 7,040mAh battery, 15W fast charging, and a fingerprint reader.

At the rear, the Galaxy Tab A8 has an 8MP camera with autofocus. The front-facing camera has a 5MP resolution. Both cameras on the tablet can record Full HD videos at 30fps. The South Korean firm has equipped the tablet with a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos audio and AKG tuning. The device comes in Gray, Pink Gold, and Silver color variants.
