A few days ago, Samsung released a software update for the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra in its home country, South Korea, which offered the July 2026 security patch.
Now, the brand has started rolling out the latest security patch to the three phones as well as the Galaxy S25 Edge and the Galaxy S25 FE globally, including in Europe and India.
The firmware version of the latest update for the regular, Plus, Ultra, and Edge models ends with CZG3, whereas that for the Fan Edition variant ends with BZG3.
The July 2026 security patch addresses 57 security issues present in the previous firmware, making the five Galaxy S25 series devices more secure than before.
To get the latest update, go to Settings > Software update > Check for updates. Speaking of updates for these phones, the next major update for them, One UI 9.0, is underway.
