Samsung is finally getting serious about the One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy A52s. Initially, the phone got One UI 5.1 in Korea at the beginning of March, but Samsung is now turning its attention to the Galaxy A52s in more markets. It is now bringing numerous new features and improvements to the Galaxy A52s user experience in Europe.

Samsung is rolling out the One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy A52s in Germany (and possibly other European countries), where the package weighs a whopping 1433MB and carries firmware version A528BXXU2EWC1.

One UI 5.1 adds many new features, including a new battery widget for the home screen, suggestions inside the Settings app, the option to choose where screenshots and screen recordings are saved, a smarter search inside the Gallery app, a shared family album feature, improved multitasking capabilities, and more.

Galaxy A52s users in Europe, or at least Germany, should now receive the One UI 5.1 update notification at any moment. They can also try to trigger the update by opening the Settings app on their phones, accessing “Software update,” and tapping “Download and install.” For manual updates over a Windows PC, SamMobile readers can download official firmware files from our website.
