The South Korean tech giant has published a teaser video of the Galaxy A21s through its Twitter account for the Indian market and mentioned that the phone will be launched in India on June 17. The company is marketing the battery life of the Galaxy A21s as one of its most important features. The phone has already been launched in Brazil, Russia, Spain, the Netherlands, and Vietnam.
The Galaxy A21s features a 6.5-inch Infinity-O LCD display with HD+ resolution (1600×720 pixels). The phone has a rear-facing fingerprint reader and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. The phone runs Android 10 with One UI 2 and is equipped with the 8nm Exynos 850 processor. It has 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot.
The selfie camera on the Galaxy A21s has a resolution of 13 megapixels. At the rear, the device has a quad-camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. Connectivity features include GPS, dual-SIM LTE, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
A 5,000mAh battery powers the phone and it charges rapidly via a 15W charger. Other features include Bixby, Face Unlock, Samsung Health, and Samsung Pay. The phone is rumored to be priced at INR 16,999 and INR 18,999 for the 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM variants, respectively.
