First real Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra photo offers best look yet at notch and bezels

The first real photo of the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is here, and it's not shying away from highlighting the dual-camera display notch. The bezels are as thin as you'd expect, and indeed, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is very much on the large side, boasting a generous 14.6-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio.

In case you're wondering, the Galaxy Tab S8 series is not yet available for purchase, even though the photo appears to have been taken inside a retail store. Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra on stage at Unpacked 2022 on February 9.

As far as analyzing the photo goes (via @GaryeonHan), there's not much else to say aside from the notch and bezels. The notch exists only on the Ultra model because it's the only variant to feature a dual front-facing camera system. According to leaks, each front-facing camera has a resolution of 12MP.

Similarly, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is the only model of the three to have such thin bezels. It's obvious where Samsung's focus went this year, but keep in mind that all this exclusivity will cost you north of €1,100.

The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is shaping up to become the best Samsung tablet so far, and indeed, the top Android tablet on the market by far. Stay tuned for Galaxy Unpacked 2022, and don't forget that you can earn additional perks from reserving the upcoming flagships.
