Yes, the Galaxy Tab S12+ and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra are both dust and water resistance. They boast an IP68 dust and water resistance rating. This means that they can withstand being submerged in up to 1.5m of fresh water for up to 30 minutes.

This crucial durability feature carries over from last year's flagship Galaxy Tab models, both of which had an identical IP68 rating for dust and water resistance as well.

The Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra feature a 12.6-inch and 14.6-inch display respectively. They're both powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. There's also microSD card support for up to 2TB of external storage.

Samsung will release the Galaxy Tab S12 series starting October 7, 2026. Prices for the new tablets start at $1,199 for the Galaxy Tab S12+ and $1,399 for the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra.
