Samsung is working on a new One UI 5.0 beta update for the Galaxy S22 lineup, and the firmware number seemingly ends with the letters ZVII. The previous (third) beta update carried the firmware numbers ZVI9.
We don't have a list of changes for the fourth One UI 5.0 beta update yet, but we'll let you know as soon as more details emerge. Likewise, there's no telling when Samsung might roll out the fourth One UI 5.0 beta update for the Galaxy S22 series, but we know that the company aims to release the first public build for several Galaxy smartphone models — Galaxy S22 included — before the end of 2022.
Some Galaxy S22 users will find this news disappointing, as they are probably hoping for the third One UI 5.0 beta to be the last. On the other hand, it's probably better to have a fully fleshed-out experience on day one than to get a half-baked Android 13 update and wait for Samsung to patch it up down the line.
Until we can gather more information on this fourth One UI 5.0 beta update for the Galaxy S22 series, you can check out our video below for a closer look at the latest features introduced with the third beta build. If the fourth beta brings enough new features to warrant another hands-on look, we'll follow up with another video, so stay tuned.
