A few days ago, Samsung released the second software update for April 2026 to the Galaxy S26 series in South Korea and the USA. After a short wait, the company has now expanded the rollout to other regions, including several countries in Europe.
A new update with firmware version S94xBXXU2AZDE is now available for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra in Europe. The update has a download size of around 756.98MB for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, and it is expected to be similar for the other models.

The update includes improved security, bug fixes, new or enhanced features, and performance improvements. While it does not explicitly mention camera improvements, it likely fixes the issue that caused focus issues with the 3x telephoto camera when used with the Virtual Aperture feature. There may be additional camera improvements as well.
If you have a Galaxy S26 series phone and live in Europe, you can check for the update by navigating to Settings > Software update and tapping Check for updates. Once the update is downloaded, tap Install now. Your phone will restart after a few minutes.
