Two weeks ago, Samsung released the Android 14 update to the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. However, back then, the update was released only to the 5G versions of the devices. Now, Samsung has started rolling out the Android 14 update to the Wi-Fi-only versions of the tablets.

The Android 14 update for the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ is now available in Australia and Turkey. The updates come with firmware versions X510XXU1BWK9 and X610XXU1BWK9, respectively. It is a big update, clocking in a download size of around 2GB. Sadly, the update doesn't bring the December 2023 security patch. The update may also be out in other European countries.

You can also download the required firmware from our firmware database once it is available and then use it to flash the update manually. However, you need to back up all your data before flashing the update.

The Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ were launched with Android 13 onboard, and Android 14 is their first big software update. The tablets will get three more Android OS updates in the future. You can have a look at our review of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ in the video below.
