Samsung’s new Galaxy flagship devices are now officially on sale

It's August 11, and just as Samsung's schedule predicted, the company's latest flagship Galaxy devices are now officially available in most markets worldwide. The pre-order period that kicked off on July 26, around the time Galaxy Unpacked went live in Seoul, is now over. Samsung's latest foldable devices, smartwatches, and high-end tablets are hitting the shelves and shipping to early adopters as we speak.

Samsung's latest devices consist of three new Galaxy Tab S9 tablets (a standard, a Plus, and an Ultra model), two new Galaxy Watch 6 variants (each available in two sizes), and two foldable phones, i.e., the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the gorgeous new Galaxy Z Flip 5.

In case you missed the official announcement at COEX in Seoul late last month, you can always rewatch the official live stream. We had the opportunity to attend the event live, and we were left in awe by the beauty of Seoul. The street food was amazing, too.

What do the latest Samsung devices cost?

You can now buy the factory-unlocked Galaxy Z Flip 5 in the USA for $999. That price corresponds to the 256GB variant. If you want to double the storage to 512GB, you're looking at a $1,119 price tag.

Here's the good news regarding the Galaxy Z Fold 5. Even though the pre-order period is over and, technically, so are the free storage upgrades, you can still get the 512GB Z Fold 5 for the price of the 256GB model ($1,799) as long as you choose the right color, i.e., Phantom Black or Icy Blue.

Moving on to the Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+, and Tab S9 Ultra, the Wi-Fi-only variants start at $799, $999, and $1,199, respectively. The base model comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage or higher, while the Galaxy Tab S9+ and Ultra variants start at 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

And last but of course not least, the Galaxy Watch 6 series consists of the standard model and the Classic watch with a physical rotating bezel. The standard variant costs $299 or more, while the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic model will set you back $399 and up, depending on connectivity options and size.

Starting today, you can buy these devices through offline and online Samsung stores. However, if you order online, you can choose one of the online-exclusive color options for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5.
