Galaxy S10e has now been completely revealed by these leaked images

While we have seen leaked live images of the other Galaxy S10 models, there haven’t been many for the Galaxy S10e. That changes today. Several images have leaked online which show off the Galaxy S10e in all its glory. Samsung’s cheaper flagship model has now been completely revealed.

There are some pretty evident security watermarks on the device in these images. Whoever this device belongs to will likely find themselves in a spot of bother with Samsung. This isn’t the sort of thing that Samsung would take lightly.

Galaxy S10e leaked in all its glory

Nevertheless, we now have our first good look at the cheapest Galaxy S10 model. As expected it has a flat 5.8-inch Infinity-O display. The front camera cutout is almost 0.5mm and not that different from the one on the Galaxy A8s.

Consequently, the status bar looks chunky because the camera cutout is so big. This appearance may not be that appreciated by some users. We can also see in these images that the device will indeed be called the Galaxy S10e as mentioned in earlier reports. It has One UI which is unsurprising.

This device will have the same processor as the other models but with just 6GB RAM and 128GB storage only. It will also have a dual camera system instead of the triple cameras on the Galaxy S10 and S10+. The PowerShare reverse wireless charging feature will not be present as well.

We’ve exclusively confirmed that the Galaxy S10e will be the only model to be available in Canary Yellow. Other colors will include black, green and white. It’s expected to cost around $850. Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S10 lineup on February 20 in San Francisco with pre-orders slated to begin the following day.

An additional leaked render clearly shows the placement of the side-mounted fingerprint sensor of the Galaxy S10e. It will be the only Galaxy S10 model not to have an in-display fingerprint sensor.

I actually like the design. It will probably be my next phone, because of the flat screen and smaller size. I really hope they stick to AMOLED and don’t f up the camera.

This phone is already doomed and it isn’t out yet. I really hope they don’t do the same with note 10’s display, they better don’t punch its display or else I’m moving from Samsung after years of loyalty

I still don’t understand what were they thinking when they placed the fingerprint scanner so damn high. It’ll be utterly uncomfortable to use.
Why on Earth couldn’t they just learn from Sony (and Razer) where side mounted fingerprint scanners should go?

As for the horrendous hole… The software better have a digital bezel to put there… It better have…

As much as I appreciate the flat display (funny how logical things can’t be taken for granted anymore), I think I’ll pass on this one. That camera cutout is just horrendous.

Oh, and is this still rumoured to be just Full HD? Because if that’s the case, this phone is a disaster, and it won’t be cheap.

What on earth made them go with S10? They’re not very good at marketing, are they?! How do we celebrate 10 years of innovation and 50 years of Samsung Electronics… With the most boring and unimaginative naming ever. The ‘e’ as well, seriously!? I jus feel these devices are going to be a massive disappointment. They’re going to have literally 2 new interesting features and be £200 overpriced.

Looks very plain and ugly with that bottom bezel. It would be overpriced as well with weaker specs. Feel sorry for anyone who buys this.

There is no LED notification light? Why can’t they have a small bezel on the top and have all the sensors and cameras aligned? Who asked for this bezel less nonsense? Innovation doesn’t require you to remove the bloody useful stuff.

It will probably be a ring around the camera

Every single time when I see the wallpaper chosen by the manufacturer to hide the notch/hole – I laugh my ass off. It’s like admitting it’s a bad design.

The ones used for the iphone Xs launch were the best LOL

it looks good but i was expecting small hole

Just for reference (because I think the hole is hideous regardless of size) the top bezel of the S9 is 0.9cm.
If the hole in this is 0.5cm, it’s not as big as close up pictures make it look.

I think I can get used to its look. I hope that the 0.5cm (cm I guess) hole is not because of a IPS/TFT screen like on the A8s

The phone actually look smaller than the iPhone xs (pic from the source). The hole maybe relative the size of the device but does look bigger than I would like. Hope the S10 isn’t like this

Interesting to see this device design language not being similar to the dummy S10 phones leaks yesterday with more rounded corners
