Samsung has launched the Upgrade To Awesome loyalty program in India. It offers benefits to users who are upgrading from older Galaxy A, Galaxy J, and Galaxy On series smartphones (launched before 2020) to newer Galaxy A series smartphones with 5G capabilities. Benefits include a premium screen protection plan.

When upgrading to the Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy A23 5G, Galaxy A34 5G, and Galaxy A54 5G, users of older mid-range (Galaxy A, Galaxy J, and Galaxy On) phones can get Samsung Care+ Screen protection plan for free, which offers free screen replacement in case of damage for up to six months from purchase. This offer can also be combined with the ongoing festive offers available in India.

To avail of this offer, you can open the My Galaxy app on your existing Galaxy A, Galaxy J, or Galaxy On smartphone launched before 2020, log into the app, and you can now see a banner that displays the upgrade offer. Clicking on that banner generates a code. Now, after you buy a new eligible phone, log into the My Galaxy app, and you can see the offer banner.

Once you click on that offer banner on the new Galaxy A series phone, the My Galaxy app will validate your phone number and IMEI of the new phone. Once the phone is validated, the app generates a coupon code and activates the Samsung Care+ plan within 48 hours.
