Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy Watch Ultra. It brings the July 2026 security patch, which fixes 57 security issues present in the previous firmware.
Currently, the brand is rolling out the update in its home market, South Korea. It is 166.97MB in size and carries firmware version L705NKOS3BZF4 (via Tarun Vats).
We expect the company to release the July 2026 security patch for the Galaxy Watch Ultra in other countries in the next few days. To check its availability for your device and get it, open the Galaxy Wearable app and go to Watch settings > Watch software update > Download and install.
Speaking of updates for Samsung’s smartwatches, yesterday, a firmware file for the Galaxy Watch 8 featuring a newer version of the brand’s Wear OS skin, One UI 9 Watch, was spotted. The brand is expected to debut it later this month. Soon after that, it may release the update to older models.
