Last week, Samsung started rolling out One UI 6.1.1 to eligible devices. While it brings many new features, it also lacks some of the features that One UI 6.1 offers. One of them is ‘Auto rotate widgets’ in Smart Widgets. When you stacked widgets and enabled that option, it automatically rotated widgets to show you the most relevant one by learning your usage pattern.
On Reddit, a user reports that after installing the One UI 6.1.1 update on their Galaxy smartphone, they were not able to spot the ‘Auto rotate widgets’ option. Many say the feature doesn’t work properly as it never rotates widgets. Others find it very useful. Maybe the tech giant removed it because it didn’t work properly. However, the company should have fixed the feature rather than removing it.
It is possible that Samsung removed ‘Auto rotate widgets’ with an update to Samsung Home rather than with One UI 6.1.1. We are yet to check if Samsung has indeed removed this feature. Until then, you can check out our video above to learn about all the features of One UI 6.1.1. Follow us on Telegram or WhatsApp to get latest updates about everything Samsung.
