Samsung is celebrating today’s public release of One UI 5.0 for the Galaxy S22 series with a new official “Introduction Film.” It’s a two-minute YouTube video that briefly showcases all the new One UI 5.0 features, from the revamped lock screen customization options to Modes and Routines and everything in between.

The official One UI 5.0 Introduction Film briefly demonstrates the latest features one after another, and it may seem overwhelming at first. Worry not; if you were hoping for a more in-depth look at the latest features, we will have our own One UI 5.0 hands-on videos coming out relatively soon on our YouTube channel. Stay tuned!

Until then, check out Samsung’s new promotional video below for a quick look at the Android 13-based update. And if you own the Galaxy S22, the Galaxy S22+, or the Galaxy S22 Ultra, you should also be able to download and install the new update on your device. As usual, you can refer to our firmware database if you prefer updating your phone manually using the Samsung ODIN tool for PC.

If you are using One UI 5.0 on the Galaxy S22 series, feel free to let us know and share your first impressions in our comment section below. What are your favorite or least-favorite additions? And were you a beta tester before today’s One UI 5.0 public release?
