The Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 were some of the first devices from Samsung to receive the Android 13 OS (One UI 5.0) update. However, a few users have been facing issues with the Microsoft Intune Company Portal app on their phones since they updated them to the latest firmware.
More specifically, users are unable to complete enrolment when creating a work profile for BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) provisioning. Well, Samsung has now come up with a fix for the problem. The company says that it has fixed the issue from the server side, and it has advised people to reboot their devices before setting up the work profile.
When you start the enrolment process after restarting the phone, it will automatically download the Android Device Policy, after which users should be able to complete the enrolment. If that doesn’t work, Samsung advises people to download Android Device Policy from the Play Store manually and begin the enrolment process again.
