Samsung Browser should copy this new feature from Google Chrome

Google recently announced three new features for the Chrome web browser, and Samsung should swiftly adopt one of them to offer better productivity and seamless integration across Galaxy phones and other devices. To be specific, Samsung needs the ability to save the scroll position of a webpage when sending it from one device to another.

When you send a webpage tab from Google Chrome on your phone to your laptop, Chrome now saves the exact scroll position and any partially filled-in forms or text boxes. This allows you to continue browsing the webpage on your laptop (or any other device) exactly where you left off on the first device. It eliminates the hassle of trying to remember the position and scrolling back to it.

This is a small but excellent feature that makes continuity much more seamless when switching between devices. Samsung should copy this functionality and bring it to Samsung Browser on computers, phones, tablets, and even TVs. This feature likely wouldn't be difficult to implement, as Samsung Browser is based on the same Chromium web engine that Chrome uses.

With this capability, whether you are switching from a Galaxy phone to a Galaxy Book (or any other Windows PC) or from your Galaxy Tab to your Family Hub refrigerator, you could continue browsing exactly where you left off, simplifying the experience greatly.

The other two new features in Chrome include the ability to ask questions about audio and video files and the option to generate quizzes based on the information from your current tab.

The ability to ask questions now works with podcasts, recordings, videos, and other media files that are not hosted on YouTube. Meanwhile, Chrome's new interactive quiz generator can be highly useful when reviewing Google Docs, homework, research papers, and YouTube videos.
