The official Book Cover Keyboards for the unannounced Galaxy Tab S9, Tab S9+, and Tab S9 Ultra have popped up online at the Radio Research Agency (via Galaxy Club), which is the equivalent of South Korea's FCC.
The Book Cover Keyboards carry model numbers EF-DX715 (Galaxy Tab S9), EF-DX815 (Galaxy Tab S9+), and EF-DX915 (Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra). We already know that the Tab S9, Tab S9+, and Tab S9 Ultra are identified by model numbers SM-X71x, SM-X81x, and SM-X91x, and needless to say, the Book Cover Keyboard model numbers correspond to these identifications.
Samsung is expected to unveil its three new tablets later this summer. There's little information regarding availability, but the company may announce the Galaxy Tab S9 before the next big Unpacked event, or at the event, alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5. The next Unpacked is rumored to take place earlier than usual, in late July.
The Book Cover Keyboards should hit the market at the same time as the Tab S9 tablets. Usually, these accessories are sold separately to customers who want to use their tablets for productivity and Samsung DeX.
In some markets, the company could bundle the Book Cover Keyboards with the tablets as a pre-order bonus. Or if Samsung borrows a book from Google's playbook, it may offer Galaxy Tab S9 buyers a keyboard attachment for free this year, similar to how the Pixel Tablet comes with a dock. However, that is just speculation and wishful thinking.
