We found a new Samsung deal that prospective tablet buyers might enjoy. Namely, the entire Galaxy Tab S9 series now benefits from a free memory upgrade offer.

The deal is available for the Wi-Fi Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+, and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra models. You can get the base Tab S9 model equipped with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for the price of the 8GB+128GB variant, i.e., $799.

Likewise, the Galaxy Tab S9+ with 512GB of storage now costs the same as the 256GB model, or $999. And the 512GB Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra now costs $1,199, the same as the 256GB variant.

The best Samsung tablets to date, now cheaper

You can also take advantage of these extra savings if you buy one of the Galaxy Tab S9 tablets through a 24-month payment agreement with Samsung Financing.

And you can combine these free memory upgrades with the usual trade-in discounts from Samsung, which can save you up to an extra $650, $700, or $800 when you exchange an older tablet and buy the Galaxy Tab S9, S9+, or S9 Ultra, respectively.

The Galaxy Tab S9 series consists of the most powerful tablets Samsung has released to date. They all boast 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays with HDR10+ and fantastic S Pen support, and they're all powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform. Now, they're running One UI 6.0 thanks to a recent firmware update.
