It will be available in two memory configurations: 12GB of RAM with 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM with 512GB of storage. There will also be a Wi-Fi + Cellular variant for the 256GB model.

The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, which will come in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB versions, will have a starting price of $1,399.99 in the US for its Wi-Fi-only variant. While the 256GB and 512GB versions of the tablet will feature 12GB of RAM, the 1TB storage variant will use 16GB of RAM.
