According to a report from WinFuture (and journalist Roland Quandt), the Galaxy S25 will have a starting price of €899 in Germany and some other European countries. That is similar to the launch price of the Galaxy S24. This information was extracted from retailer data.
The Galaxy S25 will reportedly come in 128GB and 256GB variants, while the Galaxy S25+ will have 256GB and 512GB variants. The Galaxy S25 Ultra, similar to its predecessor, will have 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants. Their detailed pricing is listed below.

The report also says that some variants of these phones will have higher RAM. A separate report claimed that even the base Galaxy S25 will come with at least 12GB RAM and that the 512GB and 1TB variants of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have 16GB RAM.
Samsung will reportedly unveil the Galaxy S25 series in San Francisco, USA, on January 22, 2025. The devices might reach store shelves (or buyers' doorsteps) starting January 31.

It remains to be seen whether the pricing of the Galaxy S25 series will remain the same or increase in other regions, such as Asia, South Korea, Canada, and the USA.
