The latest update to the Galaxy Buds 2 Manager and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Manager apps for One UI 8 brings new UI in the Galaxy Wearable app.

Last month, Samsung released the first beta version of Android 16-based One UI 8.0 for the Galaxy S25 series, and earlier this month, the company rolled out the second beta of the OS to those devices. Both have brought many upgrades over Android 15-based One UI 7.0 for these phones.
Now, the South Korean tech giant has started rolling out an update to the Galaxy Buds 2 Manager and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Manager applications for One UI 8. These updates bring an all-new design to the section of the Galaxy Wearable app where you can control these earbuds (via Tarun Vats).
As you can see in the screenshots below, the new design offers monochrome icons instead of colored ones, and more detailed battery charge indicators, which are in line with those the One UI 8 Battery widget offers. The new design looks cleaner and more sophisticated, which improves the experience of managing the Galaxy Buds 2 and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro on your Samsung smartphone.
Old Vs. New Design
The update for the Galaxy Buds 2 Manager and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Manager carries version 8.0.25061651. You can get it by going to Galaxy Store » Menu » Updates and tapping on Update all at the top-right corner of the screen or the update icon beside the app’s listing.
From what we could gather, at the moment, these updates are available only for One UI 8.0. However, the brand may extend it to devices on One UI 7.0 at a later stage. Samsung may also extend these changes to other earbuds, including the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and the Galaxy Buds 3.
