Galaxy Book 2 Business is an ultra-secure laptop for businesses and enterprises

To improve work-from-home and work collaboration, Samsung has equipped the Galaxy Book 2 Business with Studio Mode, which offers clearer video calls and virtual background effects like background blur and office background. The Auto Framing, which was introduced with the Galaxy Tab S8, feature keeps the user in the frame during video meetings even if the user is moving around. The Private Share feature lets employees securely share critical data files.

Galaxy Book 2 Business features Intel's 12th Gen CPUs, Windows 11 Pro

The Galaxy Book 2 Business comes equipped with Intel's 12th Gen. Core i3, Core i5, or Core i7 CPU. Depending on the variant, the laptop features Intel UHD, Intel Iris Xe, or Nvidia GeForce MX 570A graphics. There is support for 8GB/16GB/32GB/64GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB PCIe NVMe SSD storage. It also features a microSD card slot for further storage expansion.

The new laptop features a 14-inch LCD display with Full HD resolution and an anti-glare coating. It also features stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a Full HD webcam with IR sensors for Windows Hello authentication, and a fingerprint reader (integrated into the power button).

It has one Thunderbolt 4 port, one USB 3.2 Type-C port, two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI port, an ethernet port, and a headphone+mic combo jack. The device is powered by a 51.5Whr battery and supports 65W charging via the USB Type-C port. The new laptop weighs 1.51kg.

The device comes pre-loaded with Windows 11 Pro. Samsung has equipped its new business laptop with defense-grade security, Intel's Hardware Shield technology, and a secure embedded processor to reduce various cyber risks and vulnerabilities. The device features tamper-proof BIOS and auto BIOS recovery. The Galaxy Book 2 Business also features Microsoft Secured-Core PC certification, which means it stays secure from firmware and kernel attacks.

With features like Link To Windows, Quick Share, and Link Sharing, users can share their work from anywhere and take calls and reply to messages using the Galaxy Book 2 Business. The laptop will be available starting April 2022 in select markets. Samsung hasn't revealed the pricing of this laptop yet.
