The Galaxy A03 is Samsung's latest affordable phone to get the Android 13 update. The smartphone was launched in late 2021 with Android 11 onboard and received the Android 12 update a few months ago. The affordable smartphone from the South Korean firm might be at its last Android OS version.

The Android 13 update for the Galaxy A03 is rolling out in Serbia with firmware version A035FXXU2CVL4. The new update brings One UI Core 5.0 and a newer security patch to the smartphone. If you live in Serbia and have a Galaxy A03, you can now install the Android 13 update on your device by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. You can also download the new firmware from our firmware database and flash it manually.

What's new with Galaxy A03 Android 13 update?

With the new software update, the Galaxy A03 gets a refreshed UI design, featuring the expanded Color Palette feature that offers more color options for UI elements. The new design also includes newer widgets, stacked widgets, easier lock screen customizations, and better blur effects in the notifications bar. Samsung has also improved all the stock apps with One UI 5.0. The camera app looks cleaner, and the Gallery app has album customizations. The built-in photo and video editors have more options.

Samsung has also improved the quality of animations and transitions. The performance of the phone should improve a little with the new update. The new software also brings the OCR feature that can extract text from images stored in the phone or through the live camera feed. There are per-app language settings, more granular controls over notifications, and more accessibility features. You can look at all One UI 5.0 features in the video below.
