The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite was first revealed two months ago. It received certification from the Bluetooth SIG last month and then its first image was leaked. Now, Samsung has confirmed the existence of the tablet by publishing a dedicated support webpage for the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite (SM-T225) on its Russian website. It also means that the tablet will be launched in Russia very soon.
Going by previous leaks, the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will feature an 8.4-inch IPS LCD screen with Full HD resolution and a metal body. It reportedly comes equipped with a MediaTek Helio P22T octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage. We can expect it to feature a microSD card slot for storage space expansion. It also features Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C port, and a 5,100mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
Samsung might officially unveil the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite alongside the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite, which has a 12.4-inch IPS LCD screen, a Snapdragon 750G processor, 4G RAM, and a 5G variant. Both tablets are expected to debut with Android 11 onboard and receive at least two major Android OS updates in the future.
