Verizon and Sprint are the only two carriers who have released Pie for the Galaxy S9/S9+ so far. AT&T might not have joined that list yet but it's taking the lead for the Galaxy Note 9. No other major carrier has released Pie for this device as yet.
AT&T is now rolling out firmware version N960USQU1CSAA for Galaxy Note 9 users on its network. The update weighs in at just under 1.9GB so you'll definitely require a good Wi-Fi network to download it.
All of the features that are part and parcel of Android Pie are included in this update. That's in addition to One UI which is Samsung's latest custom skin for its devices. One UI has several new features which we have already discussed in detail. You can also check out our One UI video demo to learn more about it.
With the Galaxy Note 9 AT&T Android Pie now out, it's only going to be a matter of time before other carriers also release the said update. AT&T should also be sending out the update for the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+ in the not too distant future.
Unfortunately, there's no good news yet for those who own an unlocked Galaxy Note 9 in the United States. It can't be said for sure right now when Samsung will release the update for those variants. Even the unlocked Galaxy S9 has not yet received Pie in the United States.
