The benchmark listing reveals that the Galaxy J7 (2017) is going to feature a 5.5-inch 720p display with a 1.5GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor under the hood coupled with 2GB of RAM and ARM Mali-T830 graphics processor. It also features 16GB of storage, an 8-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front camera. It will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
It's interesting to note that the Galaxy J7 (2017) model that previously stopped by Geekbench was sporting the Snapdragon 625 processor so it's likely that different variants of this device will have different processors. A recent report suggests that one of those variants is going to be sold by Verizon, AT&T and US Cellular in the United States, perhaps as the Galaxy J7 Sky Pro.
Samsung may launch the Galaxy J7 (2017) in the near future seeing as how the handset has already received its Bluetooth certification and has also been approved by the FCC.
