Samsung Galaxy S26+
Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. The company hasn’t revealed the exact changes brings, and it appears to retain the same security patch as the previous release.
Given that Samsung hasn’t waited until the next monthly update to deliver these changes, the new release appears to address a critical underlying issue that required an immediate fix. Hopefully, we will get to know more about it soon.
This is the second update for the Galaxy S26 series this month. The first arrived last week, bringing the October 2026 security patch, which fixed 62 security issues found in the previous firmware.
Samsung has released the latest update for the Galaxy S26 series in South Korea. It weighs 580.37MB and carries firmware version S94xNKSU5BZJB (via Kailash).
The tech giant is expected to roll it out in other countries over the next few days. To check for and install the update, go to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.
