Customers who pre-order the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7 or Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE will have 100 days to try out the device and if they don't like it, they can send it back for a refund. This is the longest return promotion that Samsung has ever offered on a Galaxy device in the United Kingdom.

This “buy and try” promotion is only available during the period order extending into next month, which suggests that Samsung might revert to its typical return policy after that. To be eligible, customers must pre-order a Galaxy Z Fold 7, Z Flip 7, or Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE in-store or online between July 9 through August 19, 2025. It's also required to register for the “buy and try” promotion at samsungoffers.claims/ukbuyandtry within 30 days of purchase.
