A few days after launching the Galaxy A13, Galaxy A23, Galaxy A53, and the Galaxy A73 in India, Samsung has launched the Galaxy M33 5G in the country. The smartphone will be available through Amazon.in and Samsung's online store. The phone will go on sale at 12:00 PM on April 8, 2022.
The Galaxy M33 5G comes in green and blue colors. It comes in two memory configurations: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. The 6GB RAM variant is priced at INR 17,999, and the 8GB RAM version is priced at INR 19,499. The company is offering an instant discount of INR 2,000 if the purchase is made using an ICICI Bank credit or debit card.
Samsung has equipped the Galaxy M33 5G with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with an Infinity-V notch, Full HD+ resolution, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone uses the 5nm Exynos 1280 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and has a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
It has an 8MP front-facing camera, a 50MP primary rear camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front-facing camera can record 1080p 30fps videos, while the rear camera is capable of recording 4K 30fps videos.
The phone features GPS, 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is powered by a 6,000mAh battery and supports 25W fast charging. It also features a dedicated dual-SIM card slot and a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
