A new Ultra flagship from Samsung entered the scene earlier this week. The Galaxy S24 Ultra is Samsung's most feature-rich slab-type phone to date, and as you may probably know, it's available for pre-order starting at $1,299 with a free memory upgrade to 512GB in tow.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra isn't a cheap phone, but Samsung makes it easier for device owners to upgrade through an enhanced trade-in program.

Story continues after our Galaxy S24 Ultra hands-on video

If you own an older Galaxy Ultra model, whether it's the Note 20 Ultra or an S-series model, here's what trade-in values you can get when you exchange your older Ultra for a new Galaxy S24 Ultra.

    • The Galaxy S20 Ultra gives you an enhanced trade-in value of $400 instead of $135. You can buy the Galaxy S24 Ultra for $899.
    • The Galaxy S21 Ultra has an enhanced trade-in value of $550 instead of $185. You can buy the Galaxy S24 Ultra for $749.
    • The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an enhanced trade-in value of $600 instead of $200. You can buy the Galaxy S24 Ultra for $699.
    • The Galaxy S22 Ultra has an enhanced trade-in value of $650 instead of $300. You can buy the Galaxy S24 Ultra for $649.
    • The Galaxy S23 Ultra has an enhanced trade-in value of $750 instead of $450. You can buy the Galaxy S24 Ultra for $549.

These trade-in discounts apply regardless of whether you pre-order or buy Samsung's new S Pen flagship outright or through a 24-month installment plan with Samsung Financing.

A powerful new S Pen flagship with AI capabilities

Samsung's new Galaxy S24 series brings many AI and LLM-powered features for productivity, enhanced communication with fewer language barriers, and photo-video editing. There are plenty of new things to like about the One UI 6.1 update.

For S Pen fans, the most notable change introduced by the Galaxy S24 Ultra is probably the flat display. Gone are the curved edges that made it difficult to use the S Pen near the screen's borders.

Furthermore, the screen is much brighter now and can reach 2600 nits. As for performance, the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is cooled by a vapor chamber that's 1.9x larger vapor chamber (compared to the S23 Ultra). The Galaxy S24 Ultra is also the first and only Samsung phone to feature a titanium frame and Gorilla Glass Armor display protection.

You can hit the “Pre-Order” button below if you want to order your Galaxy S24 Ultra now and take advantage of a free memory upgrade and enhanced trade-in deals.
