Three weeks ago, Samsung released the first beta version of the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update to the Galaxy S23. While the new software introduced dozens of new and improved features, it is quite buggy in its current form. It was expected that Samsung would release the second One UI 6.0 beta update today, but that appears to have been delayed.

It was rumored that Samsung would release the One UI 6.0 Beta 2 update to the Galaxy S23 series today. However, tipster Ice Universe has claimed that Samsung has delayed the update. There is no new release timeline in the frame yet, but we could see a delay of a week or so. The company could release the second One UI 6.0 beta update in four more countries: China, India, Poland, and the UK.

The One UI 6.0 Beta update is also expected to be released to the Galaxy S22, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 5 in the coming months. The South Korean firm could release a total of around 4-5 beta updates before releasing the stable One UI 6.0 update sometime in Q4 of 2023.

Samsung introduced several new features and UI design changes with the Android 14-based One UI 6.0 update. Some of the major ones include a redesigned Quick Settings Toggles area, a new design of the stock Camera app, a Custom Camera widget, a new weather widget, and more lock screen customization options.
