Samsung has finally launched the Snapdragon 888 version of the Galaxy S21 FE in India. The company started teasing the launch of this phone a few days ago, and some offline stores even started selling the device before the official launch. Samsung launched the Exynos 2100 version of the phone in India in early 2022, and back then, the Snapdragon 888 variant was available only in the US.

It also appears that Samsung has stopped selling the Exynos 2100 version of the Galaxy S21 FE in India, as it is no longer listed on the official website. Some stores might still sell the Exynos version till stocks last.

Galaxy S21 FE Snapdragon 888 pricing in India

The Galaxy S21 FE (SM-G990B4), featuring the Snapdragon 888 processor, is now available in India through the Samsung India website and other authorized retailers across the country. It is priced at INR 49,999 (around $606), and the company is offering a cashback of INR 5,000 if the purchase is made through an HDFC Bank card. It is available in five colors: Graphite, Lavender, Navy, Olive, and White.

The phone's pricing is a bit disappointing as there is a vast difference between the pricing of the Exynos 2100 phone and the Snapdragon 888 version. Also, not everyone has an HDFC Bank card, so getting that cashback will be a problem. At a similar or lower price, other brands offer phones with newer processors like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1  or the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.
