Samsung announced the opening of its new B2B online store in Germany, which is a service within Samsung.com. Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) can avail of purchase benefits and get services related to products and solutions.

With the online stores, Samsung B2B customers can pay via various online modes, and it also offers installments and invoice payments. According to the official blog post, B2B customers can also take advantage of exclusive corporate-only promotions, discounts on the total purchase amount, and technical support.

B2B online store sales saw a remarkable 2X growth compared to last year

The Samsung online store will offer customers a wide range of products to choose from. This ranges from TVs, monitors, ACs, refrigerators, laptops, mobile phones, and more. The first Samsung online store was launched in 2021 in Australia, France, Turkey, the UK, and the US. Later on, the Samsung online store was expanded over to regions including Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. In less than a year and a half, Samsung's online stores have a presence in 30 countries.

Samsung has also witnessed a growth in the average number of new sign-up members globally by 100% compared to the last year. Also, the sales via the B2B online stores have seen a jump of two times. All these numbers have motivated Samsung to open more online stores to further provide benefits to SMB customers as well as maximize their profits.
